**Q: Is the jar glass or plastic?**
A: It is plastic and that is the only downside; however, the quality is high.

**Q: Is the manuka honey raw and cold pressed?**
A: yes, it is raw and unpasteurized, so no heat treatment.

**Q: Hi, when you take off thr lid is the white seal over the honey tight and needs to be pulled off or loose and not fitted? Thanks**
A: Hi,
As we pack with more than 1 packing facility, there are two types of seals, one induction seal, and one pressure seal, one requires a peel back and the other doesn't. So long as the honey has not leaked and the tamp[er band attached to the jar is still in tact.

**Q: What umf should I get for daily use?**
A: If using just for everyday wellbeing. I suggest using UMF 15+. If your using it to treat a condition I would suggest using UMF 20+ or UMF 24+. Take two teaspoons worth a day, one in the morning & one in the evening. That’s for any of the UMF ratings.

Love this honey, so thick, smooth and silky and got rid of really bad cough after a couple of teaspoons. It is very expensive but you get what you pay for, so worth it in my opinion.
