Outstanding Results from this High-Quality Brand! *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2017* This is by far the best bacopa I've ever used. I've tried different sources, maybe half a dozen over the past 12 years and never felt a damn thing from it. No increase in focus, no pain relief, nothing. But people continue to rave about it so I keep trying. I recently got some that actually worked, the effects were impressive especially on my ability to focus but the stuff smelled strong like mold. I had a hard time accepting that my trusted vendor would send me moldy powder and tried to imagine that it was the "hay" smell people sometimes mention. The results were so good I ate the whole moldy batch. I wish I hadn't now and went straight to a quality product like this instead. The packaging is top notch so the product is fresh smelling and pleasant tasting. And boy does it work! I suffer from an inability to focus and knock out tasks, spending most of the day spinning my wheels distracted by any shiny object that might enter my field of vision. I've only been taking this two days and I'm on top of EVERYTHING. Work in order, whole house clean and endless boxes of junk sorted that I haven't managed to find the time to go through in years.Along with dramatic increase in ability to focus, I believe this has a calming or anti-anxiety effect and it seems to be doing wonders for my lower back pain. I'm normally experiencing pain virtually 24/7 around a 6 to 8 on a scale of 10. Every couple hours it turns into full blown sciatica and I have to stretch for at least 15-20 minutes or I can't walk or stand to work. The pain has been reduced to a 2, so much relief that I don't even think about my back as I'm bounding around cleaning, working and exercising all day long. I'm thankful for this product, glad it's organic and hope to hell it keeps working like this.I'm taking 1/2 tsp probably every 6-8 hours, just plopping it under my tongue and washing it down with water. I take ashwagandha and kratom also, they're synergistic but neither one has helped me as much as the brahmi. Bacopa Monnieri is a wonderful healer, I only wish I would have found this quality brand sooner. I noticed improvements in mental focus after the first use. It is VERY hard to get down though. I tried to put it in my morning tea the first time. That was gross. It essentially turned my tea to mud. Mixing it with water didn't help either, and when I tried to just take it dry in one swallow I almost threw up. I do feel a little drowsy in the afternoon as well, so that's something to consider. I really like it though, so I'm going to keep trying new ways to get it down.
