The is a lot of room, fits over 8 large pills (that’s how many I had, and there was plenty of extra room for more). The size alone makes this my favorite organizer. The container also holds all your days in one place, but you can take out single days, which is great for on the go. Contains 7 smaller cases 2 1/4" in circumference & about 3/4" high each of which is a different color and labeled with each day of the week. Each case is split and opens on each side & is labeled AM & PM. Overall case will easily fit in purse, luggage, or briefcase to carry a week of meds. Each inner case will easily fit in pocket or purse to carry your meds for the day. Only thing I don't care for is the closure on the outer case. A bit flimsy, but even if it should open, the closures on the individual cases feels more sturdy and should keep pills in place.
