A: I’m 6’2” 230 with long arms (usually XLT) and my XL/XXL is very baggy with sleeves to my hands. Probably would fit 6’5” (kimono style) 260+. I would suggest the M/L.

I would say this may run a tad big which I think is perfectly okay. The weight of this robe is nice and it comes with 2 separate ties to make sure it is secure around your body. Robe is comfy. So far, it is washing and wearing well.
