Heat 2-3 tbsp. of oil in pan, add 2 chopped onions, saute till they turn brown, then add Tadka mix , asafoetida and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes, then add G Green curry masala mix to this and allow it to cook for few minutes. Your curry masala is ready. You can add your choice of vegetable.
