Taste isnt the greatest but what vitamin is. I dont take any vitamin or medicine without food or drink anyway. So as long as you do that then your fine. I actually bought for this my pregnant daughter. She agrees with this review. I like the fact that they have iron in them which my vitamins dont. So thats a plus right there for me and just about any pregnant woman.

Honestly, these really aren't that bad. I read all the reviews about the bad taste, and was expecting something nasty, but these really aren't that gross. They taste better than Flintstones in my opinion. I usually take a prenatal gummy, but at my OB appointment my hemoglobin was low. I hate swallowing pills, especially nasty iron ones. This chewable gives me the iron I need, and the extra folic acid and calcium that my gummy vitamin is missing. It's all natural flavors, which I love, and I get zero iron/metallic taste with this. I take it with food and my prenatal gummies and it's quick and painless. Will definitely take these my whole pregnancy.

I am the farthest thing from pregnant, but these were recommended to me by a new mom. I have been taking a 1/2 dose (1 tablet) every night before bed for 5 weeks now and I have noticed a big improvement in my overall mood and energy level. I have a hard time swallowing pills so this turned out to be a great way for me to get sone nutrients my body needs! As far as the taste/texture is concerned.....I have found that taking small bites instead of chewing on the whole tablet helps reduce the "foamy" issue that others have mentioned. Other than that they taste fine and I will be reordering them!
