It kept flashing connect. Then I looked all over the thing for the aux input and to my amazement no mf 3.5 input. I love this little gadget.. It was cheap...around $11. It does the job fantastically. I was happy to be able to listen to my music that is stored on my LG phone on my stereo. I had been looking forward to a gadget like this. Hopefully Apple now listens and makes all its future products a little more compatible or that at least device makers make it so that Apple doesn't have such a stronghold on their product line designs. I love Apple, but I love choice even more. With that said, this is about the product, which as long as you are within 6 or 7 feet with no obstacles in front of the receiver, works fine at making the signal work at almost stereo quality sound. I say almost because I'm biased to really good stereo sound. For the price, you simply can't go wrong. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Add the ip97 to the list of compatible docks *by K***O on March 8, 2015* Works with an ihome ip97 which is a digital ihome player. It's a crapshoot to figure out which player uses the analog pins versus the digital inputs on a dock but no question this one will work on a digital only dock. Other adapters don't work, this one does.Edit to add the ihome ip90 also works with this adapter.As reported in another review you have to push the play button before you plug it in otherwise it will pair but you won't hear anything. When you do this correctly you will hear a chime noise of sorts when you plug it in and then it will pair. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Pretty Well *by M***U on October 2, 2013* I purchased this because I bought an iPhone5 and had an iHome I still wanted to use. It arrived on time and was packaged in a bubble wrapped envelope. It could be packaged better, but there wasn't any damage. The setup was relatively easy. After reading the directions and finding the connection default password as (0000), I connected via bluetooth and played some tunes. I cannot leave this plugged in to the iHome however. If left idle, the receiver will no longer be found via bluetooth. So, if you wish to play something, you would have to take the receiver off and place it back on for the connection to be established. But, once connected, everything runs pretty smooth. I also tested this with audio for my laptop. While it ran music fine, it did not run movie audio well. The audio was lagged and choppy.
