A: No.  You should order an (American) legal size width for the most professional looking presentation.

**Q: Does this have cut out to hold an 8x10 photo certificate?**
A: This folder does NOT have cut outs for an 8x10.  You would need pieces of double sided tape to secure an 8x10 inside this holder.
