This KB is a bit oversized and it is a vinyl/plastic material that isn't as solid as a cast iron KB. However, my wife is a petite person... 5'2" and maybe 120lbs soaking wet... and she has no trouble whatsoever with this KB. If you're looking for entry level value, this is it. Yes, it also has a slightly larger handle, but studies have shown a larger handle will burn more fat and increase grip strength... a little uncomfortable at first, but it's worth it.
