This tub filler is elegant and extremely well made. However, the handset on the unit I received contained two components (where it connects to the hose) that did not fit quite right, which created a leak. I contacted the seller, who provided a parts list and suggested I contacted Grohe. Grohe customer service was excellent. We have a roman style tub with three holes on the deck for the faucet. We wanted to add a hand held shower head. This faucet was perfect. The only thing to know is that it is NOT temperature balanced like a regular shower faucet found in a wall shower. This means that the temperature in the handheld shower head could go up if someone flushes the toilet while you are using it.
