I have been using it at the bottom of climbing walls as my hands skin is soft and I often have to stop climbing because I physically tear my skin off my hands, using this it has given me a about an hour before it starts to happen. The grip is good when on and easy to go on unlike liquid chalks they tend to be messy with spillage.
