Review: Good Quality - Did not fit exactly as it said it was a replacement for the one I had. But I liked the fact the the dimensions were given. I thought it would fit but did not. I was able however to glue a piece of hardwood to the back of it and insert into the transom. Fits perfect and tight. I see no issue using this as intended. Review: Not used for it's intended use. - I used this on top of my front gunnel to hold my 6' front transducer pole, while moving. The bracket is great, very sturdy, very easy to install. For my application, I drilled a 3/8" hole through the V center. Then used a S.Steel bolt, with backing plate for strength. There's no weight being applied, just anal about support. This bow bracket is very narrow, perfect for my use, but not for any regular size bow. This is roughly 2.25" across the V, and about 2.5" deep. It's tough rubber, not flexible at all. I only see reviews for bass boats. Thanks!** A: I don't think it will, bay boats transom savers might be different in size compared to a bass boat's. It fit perfect om my 2000 17ft bass boat transom saver, real close to an exact fit. The last thing you want is the outboard not being tight going down the road & the lower unit bouncing on it. Just my opinion. **Q: Will this fit 2014 175 bass tracker OEM transom saver?** A: I bought this to replace my OEM rubber on my 2000 fisher bass boat w/tracker transom saver. It fits a little tight with a slight gap at the end which I filled using a small piece of 1/8 thick plastic, not perfect but it works and there is no play. This is the only one available on the market. Bass Tracker sells the whole transom saver, but not the rubber piece, I researched it, that's how I found this. If your transom saver has a rubber strap to secure the outboard (bass tracker oem)instead of a metal bracket, it should fit, for what its worth, my engine size is a 99 mercury 90hp. **Q: What size hole does it have in it? How wide is it at its widest point?** A: The hole is 3/8"' it is 3 5/8" at widest point. **Q: Does anyone know if this will fit a 2017 tracker 175with a 60 horse Mercury?** A: Someone may know, but I don't.
