Or is this just to test grip strength?** A: I do not use the GRIPX for exercise. It is used to measure grip strength in patients. It is, for me, more of a medical instrument than a gym tool. **Q: What is the lowest grip strength this will pick up (I know other brands won't pick up below 10 lb)?** A: The minimum calculated grip strength is 10 pounds. And this dynamometer can also read the single-digit grip strength, such as 1 pound, 2 pounds or more. It will be comparison with standard grip strength when it reach 10 pounds or more. **Q: Will the display stay on while you’re squeezing it for 2 mins?** A: You only need to squeeze it for 2 seconds. Don't think it would. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well-built, reliable and easy to use. It's definitely fun to walk around the shop with. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as expected *by C***R on October 19, 2020* Provides a quantitive measure of grip. Once you know a number and results from both hands is in the same ballpark....that’s about all the info it can provide. At that point, perhaps gift it to someone who can know their numbers. It would work as a “library takeout”. Kind of a “once and done” thing. Expensive for what Information I got. ## Frequently Bought Together - GRIPX Digital Hand Dynamometer Grip Strength Measurement Meter Auto Capturing Electronic Hand Grip Power 198Lbs / 90Kgs - FitBeast Grip Strengthener Forearm Strengthener Hand Grips Strengthener Kit - 5 Pack Adjustable Resistance --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/137145265-grip-strength-measurement-meter](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/137145265-grip-strength-measurement-meter) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
