Great product and excellent customer service! Having never used a slider I didn't really know what to expect but I'm very impressed. The slider is very smooth as are the wheels. I guess when you buy expensive items it translates quality but to some there aren't. There are expensive but the quality is cheap. If you are weighing in to buy this or comparing to something expensive and looks durable, this is one of them. However, you have to do a lot of caring to give you lasting benefits. I've been using this more often than my other sliders because of it's versatility and easy to carry. When you use this on contoured surfaces with wheels, make sure you don't drag too fast because you will definitely get a bad results.This needs patience and creativity and I learn it the hard way. Hope you like it as well as I do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a bad little slider *by T***S on November 23, 2015* I used the slider for a product video and attached it to my tri-pod and I was able to get smooth dolly shots with ease. I was using a Canon 5D MarkII. The construction is solid and the head mount plate is silky smooth. There weren't any instructions about how to attach the wheels to the bar so I'm not sure if I put the rubber washers in the right place.
