I also have the Skyla IUD, which I've had for close to a year now. VERY clean person, no STIs or other lady issues besides this. I have tried these before years ago but only when I had a very mild yeast infection and didn't continue to take them. So for the past few months I've had that HORRIBLE fishy/foul/bitter odor which is not only humiliating to yourself, but especially when you're trying to be intimate w your partner. How do you explain that smell when you're a super hygienic person? I've tried what felt like everything. My OBGYN said I tested neg for all infections, no STIs, normal pap, everything. I was so frustrated. I tried multiple probiotics including Garden of Life Vaginal Care and Women's Care which seemed to help the amount of discharge but not odor at all.
