**Q: Just curious? Do you say “keto friendly” because that’s what’s hot so you want to take advantage of that or do you just lie just to lie?**
A: I think the maker says keto friendly because it has low (3 g per serving) cane sugar but on the other hand it also has wheat and most people on keto diets would not eat wheat or sugar so it's probably not really keto. There are different versions of keto, different levels of carbs allowed so at 13 carbs per serving, that would be on the high side.  To be honest, they should probably say low carb, not "keto friendly."
