In fact, Mac OS X 10.14 or later is required. Furthermore, downloading the application from their website is blocked on Apple computers even when running Mac OS X 10.14 and higher as it is not an Apple approved application. Direct contact with Veho Customer Service did not provide either an explanation for this misinformation or a solution to the problem.
