Install a little tricky. - First, this is a great product. It arrived sooner than expected (that's always a win) and we were so excited to get it installed and get started. We borrowed a masonry drill from my neighbor and purchased a special bit, even so it was tough to drill through our pool decking (concrete with composite surface) and took a few sessions to get it to the right depth. Once the hole was drilled it was smooth sailing with the rest of the install happening in minutes. As for using the tether, it works like a charm and adds functionality to our play pool that we wouldn't otherwise have. Review: Great for swimming in place - This worked great but I found that it holds my middle section up too much causing low back and neck pain so I ended up returning it. This is a fitness trainer only. Photo from manufacturer shows a pool for how the fitness trainer would be used during exercise. **Q: Is this the pool you are selling?** A: The pool is not for sale. The tether is what is for sale. I bought the tether. **Q: Can you shorten the rope to make it shorter and it still work the same? (Like 6inches)** A: I don't know why not. You certainly could try putting a loop in the cord to shorten it, though I'd suggest you experiment with the full length first. **Q: My recessed receptacle rusted. May I purchase just that piece?** A: Hello, the recessed receptacle is made of Stainless Steel, it should not have rusted. Notwithstanding, I would look at the least expensive approach. Option 1 - use steel wool along with rust remover and clean the existing recessed receptacle. Option 2 - take the depth dimension of the receptacle, remove the old and using quick Harding concrete cement “mold” the receptacle in concrete, and have fit, form, and function preserved.
