A: It has haritaki ( terminalia chebula) , baheda ( terminalia belerica) , amla ( emblica officinalis). It helps in constipation and other stomach problems . One should consume it daily for better results. Fast relief from stomach problems like gas etc. 100gm in one box.

**Q: How do take product instructions not in english?**
A: It is powered take spoonful ,it’s depends on your immunity. Take with water in morning and with honey at evening.it taste so I don’t have English word for that it’s made from three fruit.
