Glad there were two belts! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars The good news is I ordered a Tonsiki 8-piece torx bit ... *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2018* It would have been helpful to know in advance that one of the torx screws required for removal to complete the project on the DC14 is recessed and in a narrow shaft .... maybe other models too. I have the folding swiss-army knife style set of torx drivers which proved too short to reach the screw at the bottom of the shaft, plus I also have a multi-driver with torx bits, but it's too large in diameter to fit in the shaft at all. So if I could have originally paired this order up with a T-20 (I think was the size) screwdriver I could have completed the job in one sitting instead of dealing with the frustration of putting the project on hold until I could get to the store or place another online order for the proper tool. The good news is I ordered a Tonsiki 8-piece torx bit set with 6" shafts for about $15 on amazon and those bits fit my dewalt 20v impact driver so now I'm covered on torx work! I was also thankful for the included belt pulling tool in this set, and it worked like a champ. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Great idea but flawed design makes it only an OK tool *by M***G on Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2019* Ordered this to change the clutch on our Dyson DC07 Animal. Followed several instructional videos and had great expectations for the tool with 100% confidence it would be very useful. First off I noticed the frame of the tool is slightly over bent instead of a U shape is it tapered inward at the tips. Not a huge deal it still fit just a little tight around the brush bar. Next I used the hook tool to lift the belt onto one of the pegs, tight but do-able. Next was to lift the belt on to the other peg. Nope - this was where the tool fails. The belt is not able to stretch this far since the tool looks like it sits up too high as if the U shape frame of the tool is made for a different model. No matter how hard I pulled or moved the tool around there is NO way the belt was going over both pegs as designed. And this was the 10 year old belt so for sure the new belt was never going to lift this high. I was able to get the job done with the belt over one peg but it made it difficult. I contacted the seller for help but never received a reply. If all were good the tool would have received 5 stars but the way it is only 2 stars. The tool should be about a 1/2 inch lower to the base and it would work fantastic. I see others had the pegs actually break off from the welds probably due to the shear force of the belt being severely over stretched trying for the two pegs like the instructions show. The J-hook is fantastic and very helpful and necessary to change the belts or clutch out.Update 5/15/19: Dropped from 2 stars to 1 star - So the tool did break just like others, when you try to pull the new belt up on the pegs of the brush tool. Contacted the seller and was told to return it for a refund no other help or replies to the questions asked. I guess they have too many issues to deal with the fact the tool was not copied well enough from the original design and the welds are not quality or were not prepared correctly for such demanding forces. Too bad this tool was a promising idea with bad quality welds and poor customer service.
