It kind of makes me feel like I'm spread frosting on a cake (i.e. how it comes out in that whipped waves pattern where you have more frosting in some spots than others?)... I find that my mini facial brush (with bristles) actually works better to get an even & appropriately thin coverage on my face. Where you save product waste on the silicone brush, I feel like you waste more of it in your attempts to spread it evenly on your face.... so perhaps you just trade WHERE the waste ends up...... but who knows-- maybe this is just my experience.I think these "brushes" may still be useful to mix DIY facials or to apply initial dollops of facial mixes to the face before spreading it around with a standard brush. I also consider the possibility that how thick or thin the facial mixture is may play into how well they work *shrugs*...I'll give them another try in the future. If I find that they work better than my initial impressions then I will amend my review.*********UPDATED 9/3/19 : So I went back and attempted to use these brushes again. In doing so I figured out exactly why they do not work as well as a bristled brush-- too stiff. If you are working with a flatter part of your face like the cheeks or forehead then it works "ok"... but you can't navigate the curvier places (i.e. around your nose, eyes, jaw bone) as easily and efficiently as you would with a bristled brush. Personally as for my usage, I'll be using these as a "scooper" for getting my creams/ skin products into smaller travel containers when I'm preparing for a trip. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bargain! *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States on August 11, 2019* Love these, bought them to apply shaving cream to clients necks.
