I chose to build the tower crane and all pieces were present. There were even extra pieces that I used to make the unit a bit more stronger along with adding my personal touch to it. The unit took about 8 hours to build but was quite fun! The only complaint that I do have is Eitech's customer support. Before I purchased the set, I asked about the motor and controller functionality and it took about three weeks to receive the answer (Eitech USA had to request information from Germany). Otherwise, the product is great! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ quality kit *by L***S on June 17, 2013* I just finished putting together this Tower Crane. Although it took far more than the eight hours to finish it had all the pieces and was complete.When I finished everything worked as it should. I would however ask that the instruction book have written instructions as well as drawings.
