It works so well, in fact, that it became apparent I needed to work on my liver health a bit so it can handle all that was coming its way. I use this and then I bought these 3 ingredients separately. I will say, I feel like this one combined tincher, what is just as good, if not better than individual bottles. I took tudca before these and had no side effects. I noticed i lost 5 pounds but also watched what I ate for 2 weeks.
