I bought a mixed box and I like all 3. I follow keto diet, intermittent fasting and 2mad ( 2 meals a day). I never snack on anything in between meals, I have my snacks as part of a meal. If u snack on something like this on an empty stomach it might kick you out of ketosis, it depends on the individual and how you react to fiber. But I have mine at the end of a meal that is high in fat and protein low in carbs. After checking my blood sugar and ketones no problems for me with these bars. Ketone reading of 1.5 six hours after eating was my lowest ketone reading 3 hours later back to 2.3, My meals are between 800-1200 calories 70-100g fat 70-100g protein and 10-20g carbs each meal and I have had great success last 9 months. I am 40 yrs old 6 ft 1 and was 16 st 5 lbs and 25% bodyfat, now I am 11 stone 2 lbs and 9% bodyfat.
