And I could tell the difference when I wasn't taking it. Planning on purchasing more because as I've gotten older my eyes have gotten really bad at night with the glare and this is actually helped. I got my husband to try it and he thinks he sees a difference but he wasn't taking it as often as I was. However my son was taking it and he could tell that there was a difference.
