The product comes as it's advertised and it's easy to use. I didn't use any any numbing cream and it's is VERY painful the first time you use it, I would suggest not pressing to hard and try and get yourself used to the uncomfortable soreness on your skin, and yes, it does draw blood but only on my forehead as this is probably where I put a little extra pressure on. The first time I used it I was expecting miracles the next morning... But no, I just looked the same! However, Common sense told me to wait a couple weeks before trying again, and I have used it a about 4 times since I bought it and I have to say, I can see there is a difference to my skin, it feels softer and is a bit clearer. I've also been keeping a good cleansing regime and got some good creams so this will also have helped. I got surgical spirit from Boots to sterilize the rollers. Actually nicer than expected. Beautiful and convenient storage box that has small container with a lid to fill with surgical spirit or in my case sanitising solution.I've noticed some little flows on the inside, which at first I though were a broken pieces but they weren't. This doesn't seem to be a problem anyway.
