It's very different to regular cyanoacrylate (crazy) glues. The 401 sticks far better to plastics, including nylon. It has something to do with acid content, you can find more online about it. The 401 is the best I've come accross for nylon. Using regular instant adhesive on nylon (and many other materials) will produce poor results. Research the best formulation of instant glue for your application.
