Each panel is 52" wide so both panels together will be more than wide enough for a 64" wide window. **Q: Do they really block outside noise?** A: They do a decent job. While the curtains won't block a jackhammer, we do have a jerk neighbor who is constantly mowing his lawn. The curtains muffle most of that noise, enough to sleep. **Q: Need curtains for very big sliding glass door, which is in my livingroom, almost entire wall If i have lights on at night can people see in ?** A: No. These curtains are very thick, satin feeling and heavy so invest in a good curtain rod. They have a black lining that keeps out light. I ordered them in gray but when I placed another order for same curtains in beige for some reason they were much cheaper quality, I sent them back. **Q: Can you use a 1 1/2 inc rod?
