I have tried filing it, patches etc but this is the only thing that has worked. You need to persevere with it but after a couple of weeks you will see a noticeable difference and it doesn't damage the surrounding skin, if anything it helps to soften it. I don't know why I didn't try it sooner as Australian bodycare products really do work. It's good value as I still have loads left in the bottle.
