Does not contain peroxide or ammonia. Natural botanicals, apricot kernel oil, fruit extract, and keratin bondings dyes provide conditioning, shine, and lasting color preservation. Keratin bonding dyes attract to hair fibers and wrap securely around the hair cuticle. Apricot Kernel Oil and Fruit Extract help seal color in and provide conditioning. I am a strawberry blonde, and my hair tends to get a bit redder in the fall with the end of summer sunshine. This ginger root shampoo brightens my hair color in the fall and it also has a great texturizing effect that adds volume. Definitely one of my favorite shampoos.
