Review: Works great, fits 1.5" pvc as described - Easy to install
Review: Weird fitting solved - Not a standard PVC 1 1/2 fitting. Had to glue a 1 1/4 connector and adapt from there back to 1 1/2. Other than the connection size being weird (4 stars rather than 5) it works great. Like to O ring seal against the pump as it ensures a leakproof seal without the use of pipe tape.

Not a standard PVC 1 1/2 fitting. Had to glue a 1 1/4 connector and adapt from there back to 1 1/2. Other than the connection size being weird (4 stars rather than 5) it works great. Like to O ring seal against the pump as it ensures a leakproof seal without the use of pipe tape.

Absolute crap! It claims that it’s 1 1/2 female, not. More like 1 3/4 which I never seen before. The 1 1/2 pipe is to small and the 2” is to big. Going to return this union, not what it said it is.
