That's because, before leaving my house, I noticed that every second a smear/circle/smudge would appear at the "crease" of my eyes.I'd rub it off easily enough and then...blink, blink, blink...it'd be back.Now - this may be because I used too much, or because I didn't know anything about "setting spray/powder" that's supposed to keep your eye makeup from doing this.But I definitely developed a complex that evening - hence running to the bathroom mirror often to rub the smeared semi-circle that I had known was back.I've since bought this "setting powder" stuff all those makeup pages talk about, and have learned a few extra tricks on how NOT to have it smear like that, so I'm still very happy with the purchase.However, I know I'm not the only one in the world who doesn't know every little thing one could possibly know about the makeup world, so just wanted to warn/prepare someone who's thinking of buying this that:1.)
