The initial setup was a challenge trying to open the soap for dispensation. Removing the "plug" was too difficult by hand and tried using a tool which almost damaged the tip, which also came off the container. There was a ball bearing, or two, with a spring that had to be reinserted before reattaching the tip to the container.

Works like a charm, smells great and leaves my hands and forearms very smooth. The initial setup was a challenge trying to open the soap for dispensation.
