Since dairy is not my friend (causes post nasal drip and I cough, cough, cough) .. so while I can have a little diary, I do try to find alternatives and this egg white protein powder is VERY good. Blends into a fruit smoothie and it's not too sweet. Yup, I'll buy it again.

Just ordered this. Used to work at GNC and loved that this was offered as an alternative to whey protein. But, I can’t help but wonder why they made the container HALF the size. You used to get 25 servings with a container that contained 863 g of product. And the protein amount offered was 25g per serving. Sucks to see they are still charging $29.99 for only 20g of protein and 20 servings. Other than that, tastes great if you need an alternative to whey and hate plant based protein.

My favorite brand is MRM, I decided to try this, it is pretty good, it seems more "fine" than MRM egg protein, it's sweeter, and the taste is definitely different than MRM, but I liked it overall when trying to save an extra 10 dollars from the MRM brand.
