Kanu surf presents our newest swim trunks yet, kanu surf, a surf and swim lifestyle brand, is well known for great prints and colors along with high quality functional apparel for the whole family, all of our trunks are made with our comfort technology quick dry fabric with a upf rating of 50+, all trunks have 2 side pockets, some trunks have 1 or 2 cargo pockets as well, most trunks feature triple needle stitching at seams and rises for extra durability, these trunks are built to last, our barracuda trunk is a classic solid with 2 side stripes, 2 pockets and 2 cargo pockets, approx. inseam length is 11 inch , mesh lining, outside drawstring, also available in regular sizes s-xl, available in kids sizes as well so dads and kids can hit the beach scene as a team.

The cargo pockets are great for holding gear and wax. 4. They have a mesh lining that does not bind or creep. 5. Many colors and styles choose from. CONS: 1. The material is slightly thinner than the pair I had from a decade ago but not by much and is definitely not a show stopper. 2. Their size chart is a bit confusing. Large will fit a 33-34 waste well but if you are above or below that then choose accordingly.

**Q: Is this a good brand for ocean swimming that won’t attract sharks?**
A: In the ocean, you'll be fine. It's the land sharks that are the true threat.... cleverest species of them all.

A: Yes, it does have mesh liner inside. but to me, very uncomfortable. So I cut it away since I've already my boxer. Don't need the mesh liner.

**Q: Where is the size chart? You would think they would post a chart?**
A: There is a size chart and it’s true to size.  If I recall the chart showed: 32-34=M, 36-38=L, 
40-42=XL,

**Q: What does the "Plus" mean?**
A: It means that if you are up to 330lbs it will fit well. Also im 52 waist. :)

These are decent trunks overall. I like the pockets. Seems to be sewn well. The drawback is that they are not true to size. Order at least one size bigger than you normally wear.
