If you still need the ingredients then, you can contact me then, sorry about that! **Q: Does this clean the whites of eyes effectively or is it only temporary?** A: It is goof for relief of irritation or for tired eyes. Of course only temporary but you can reapply as you need it. It is soothing too **Q: It says discard 3 months after opening on the bottle. In the instruction pamphlet inside the box, its 28 days. Which to follow?** A: I use Optrex after removing contact lenses to freshen my eyes.
