He was diagnosed as a diabetic about 9 years ago and he was prescribed insulin injections. About a year later, we switched him to the Glucerna 1.5 cal nutrition and were able to reduce the amount of insulin he needs. He has also done very well with his weight. He was slightly overweight, but after switching him to Glucerna, we've managed to maintain a healthier weight for him.
