This is the same made in the USA  FDA approved, 40# paper, un-coated, un-waxed, breathable paper that costs nearly twice as much from other vendors.  I love it AND its bargain price!  Free shipping and I got it the very next day.  I am a happy customer!

Wasn't sure how much of a difference using this butcher paper would make compared to wrapping in aluminum foil.  The  bark on the pork shoulder I smoked this weekend was a marked improvement, letting it stay crunchy, not soggy.  Will definitely be ordering again as this will be used on every pork should, every brisket, and anthing else that needs to be wrapped.
