**Q: How much sugar and carboydrates is in this product per serving?**
A: Carbs and Sugar are 0% per 1/4 tsp (0.5g) serving.  The maple sugar is one of the last ingredients by volume.  ~heather

**Q: Would this be good in place of the typical ramen seasoning packet?**
A: Don't know why not.  That actually sounds pretty good.  I use mine to season brisket before smoking.  It tastes amazing
