I screwed up and mine was too narrow. Added a 4” turnbuckle on each side spring. Ace Hardware saved my bacon again. Job was in Hawaii on a short schedule- no opportunity to recover but it worked. At the time I was not sure if this would fit my NewEngland sleep sofa by La z boy, but did with some minor modifications. ( the mattress structure was made by Hickory Springs, but this was intended for legget & platt.)They are pretty much the same, just different on how attached near foot of mattress foundation.The company is very customer oriented, and most helpful with any questions I had. They are also trying to accommodate me by supplying some clips not advertised as being in the kit. Based on other Amazon reviews about the size being too small, I opted for the larger version (5 inches bigger). It took hours and much sweat equity to fit this to the bed frame. The two of us finally gave up trying because it simply did not work. I thought I had made the mistake and bought the wrong size so I contacted the company. I sent them the information from the bed frame and they recommended an even smaller size. DO NOT purchase this product.
