**Q: By rings do they mean scope mounts and if so do the mounts fit a variety of differant 22 rifles?**
A: Yes.  The rings encircle the scope and are split so the scope can be fitted, adjusted, then tightened. The rings are mounted to a groove in the rifle or a rail on the rifle top.  My Simmons scope rings mounted to a 3/8" groove which is pretty common to .22 cal. rifles.  Love my scope on my Henry Lever action.

**Q: Do the scope mounts fit a 3/8" rail?**
A: No. They are not 3/8 inch rail.

**Q: what is the parallax setting on this 4x32 scope and does the eye piece adjust to focus ?**
A: The eyepiece doe adjust for focus. It has a really fine adjustment, so you can get it very clear. Optics are very good for a scope in this price range. I'm not sure of what you want to know about the parallax. I set mine up on my .22 Mag and just sighted in as normal. Everything worked fine.

**Q: Will this fit a UTG .22 Tactical Low Profile Rail Mount?**
A: Sorry I'm not much help here, I bought for my son and it did not fit his .22 as he needs on that is very small w/o the flared ends.  My husband however did keep it for another .22
