When I first tried it out by mixing with water (half a scoop), it tasted absolutely horrible). I couldn’t drink it at all. So I gave up. I tried again after a few weeks by consuming the powder straight followed by drinking water immediately after. This has been the best approach that’s worked for me. Yes it does give a tingly/itchy feeling in my hands and feet but not for long. It definitely has helped in my endurance during workouts (I do a lot of strength training as well as some cardio). I will continue to use but uncertain if I will repurchase.
