It's great to hold ergonomically, but once you start turning the opener, it feels like cheap plastic. I often have to make two or three attempts to get it to work; even then, when I start turning it to open a can, it feels like I'm going to break it. After just three or four cans, it just stopped working. The company that makes this MUST know it is practically worthless; they shouldn't be able to sell it.
