**Q: Will it work outside in the garden?**
A: we have ours around the decking in the garden

**Q: can you cut these to and link together to make 1x10m run of lights?**
A: Yes you can, although there is a section where the two lengths join that is cable, rather than lights, but it can be made into a small loop so the lights appear to be continuous. Hope that makes sense/helps.

**Q: How wide are the strips**
A: About 10mm

**Q: Are they silicone/rubber coated? Some people say yes some say no, anyone ordered recently?**
A: The ones I ordered don’t have a silicone coating

Bought these specifically for the waterproofing and the timer functionality. The app for the timer function is terrible, it connected once but won't now, connects via Bluetooth for some reason, and has a UI straight from a first year university project. The lights themselves are decent. Standard, as described. Shame that the app is a mess. Edit: app suddenly started working. It's still clunky as all Hel, but at least it's functional
