But it will not and the description has since been updated. Other than that it works very well. It goes into sleep mode to fast for my use. I know this is done to save battery but it is very hard to scan more than one item before it goes to sleep. It does not wake up immediately when you push the scan button you have to wait a few seconds for it to became active again.
