Couldn't get it on at first but we cut his hair really close and pulled his ears through the holes, I had to take my glasses off and trim my sideburns, and eventually we were able to get the Rams helmet on his nugget, and the Angry Birds (Cardinals) helmet on my melon. But his face mask broke off when he missed the 'Endzone' and landed face first on the front of the couch during one of his drives. Don't worry, he after official review, he was in for a Touchdown. Also, I don't think these are concussion preventative, since that day I still have a headache and smell taffy all the time. Now my Wife won't let us wear and play in them anymore, so they sit on a shelf in his room quietly taunting and reminding us of our glory day in the Living Room. So now we use them to learn the football teams names by helmets. Lame. They are plastic but it's a hard plastic that won't break easy. I recommend keeping the container they come in as it's perfect storage.
