**Q: What is the temperature range for this item?  Thanks**
A: The Keep Warm setting is approximately 165 - 170 degrees F. Both the Low & High settings cook at 215 degrees F., but they cycle differently. Therefore, the High setting will still cook the food in a shorter period of time than the Low setting will. Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking.

**Q: what does manual mean?**
A: This item was a gift for my daughter, but I believe 'manual' means that you have to physically turn the knob to one of the settings.  It does not automatically revert to warm because there is no timer.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Will this be good to take to college with me? I don't want something to big or too small, and it needs to be easy to clean.**
A: It will be perfect size. Easy to clean because of smaller size.  Good for cooking smaller meals.

**Q: What temperature does the "Warm" setting hold food at? How long does it take to get from "OFF" to the "Warm" temp?**
A: The time it takes for the Slow Cooker to reach temperature on the warm setting can vary depending on the food that is being warmed.  It can take as long as 5 hours to reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.  Please note that the  Warm setting is not for cooking and should only be used to keep previously cooked food that is already at the right temperature warm until ready to serve.

I was super overwhelmed with the options of which crock pot to use and my friend recommended this one.It came at 10 am and by 11 am I was putting in pork shoulder to make pulled pork. The amount of counter space it takes up is perfect. It’s super simple to use - off, low, high and warm. I use the timer on my phone so I don’t need to be near the crockpot. I don’t think a. Timer is needed on the device since most times I’m out and about when it’s cooking!It’s sleek and goes perfectly with my other appliances.It’s SUPER easy to use and easy to clean as well. I think it’s a perfect size crock pot!

I have seen crockpots at Kohl's or other stores, and they're usually $15-$20 more expensive. As a college student, I needed something convenient to use and transport. I have moved three times since owning the crockpot and have never had issues (I don't have the original box for it anymore). It works fantastic with good temp control and heat retention for food. The only issue I have ever had is that it takes a little bit to cool down after use, but it doesn't really bother me at the end of the day.
