It's an expensive endeavor and if you're thinking about going down the rainbow brick road so to speak this is the best product to protect your investment, pricey yes but with it, my hair in March measured 26inches and I have plenty left from when I had it dyed in November. I also use the aftercare from pulp riot who makes the color my stylist uses to switch things up. But if nothing else definitely get the iconic color lock spray from Brazilian Bond Builder and use it after every wash, I also spritz it on in between to protect from the sun (also a huge rainbow hair assassin especially here in Florida).
