Simply put the moulds into frying pan and allow to heat up. I did put oil on them before hand the first time but decided to use a basting brush do oil them after they have heated up somewhat . Drop egg into mould. I did use a spatula to push down on the mould for short time due to my warped frying pans but came out well and barely leaked . It did stick to the mould a little but easily came out, easy to clean except the gap near the handle is a little annoying . Review: not recommended - Unfortunately eggs gets stuck on the metal frame and messing up the shape. I wouldn't recommend it.
