I do not enjoy sweet cereals at all and am limmited by the type of grains I can eat. This brand I had never heard of, having not grown up in this country and I love the crunch and the unsweetened feature. It is incredible to me how often sweet disguises the myriad of foods that are just not good and healthy. Whereas my husband still prefer Kellogs Corn Flakes, I am happy to make the change to this brand. I eat organic and unprocessed foods as much as possible and I know in time, there will not be two brands of Corn Flakes in the cupboard. I mix the Erewhon Corn Flakes with Mesa Sunrise (Nature's Path) which is delicious but can be a little to sweet for me on its own, even though the sugar content is no where near other cereals).
